We love this recipe as a grab and go option if we’re on the run because it is quick and easy to make ahead and store a jew jars in the fridge!
Pumpkin has naturally occuring Vitamin A, Salicylic acid, Beta-Carotene, and Zinc? All of which help to reduce acne, decrease wrinkles, and keep your skin protected!
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup or to taste
1 Sliced Banana
Pumpkin Pie Spice to taste
Blend Pumpkin, Maple syrup, and chia seeds in a high powered blender. Place 1/2 of the sliced bananas at the bottom of your cup with 1/2 of your walnuts. Top bananas with blended chia seeds. Top again with the remaining bananas and buts. Sprinkle dusting of pumpkin pie spice on top!
