We love this recipe as a grab and go option if we’re on the run because it is quick and easy to make ahead and store a jew jars in the fridge!

Blend Pumpkin, Maple syrup, and chia seeds in a high powered blender. Place 1/2 of the sliced bananas at the bottom of your cup with 1/2 of your walnuts. Top bananas with blended chia seeds. Top again with the remaining bananas and buts. Sprinkle dusting of pumpkin pie spice on top!
