What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe’s secure payment system, which allows us to accept credit cards.
Can I change my current subscription?
Absolutely! This can be done by going to the My Subscription(s) tab under your account page and clicking the Change Your Plan button.
How do I cancel my subscription?
This can be done by going to the My Subscription(s) tab under your account page and clicking the Cancel button.
Do you offer refunds?
This runs on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with our services!

What are Listing Promotion packages?
Listing Promotion packages are purchased separately from your membership and each package carries with it a different priority level as well as a different promotion duration.
How Do I Promote My Salon?
There are two different ways to promote your Salon!
1) Advertising on Site through Promotions:
- Standard Promotion
- Premium Promotion
- Elite Promotion
2) Marketing + Socials:
- Glittery like Gold
- Drippy like Diamonds
Where Do I Find the Promote Button?
Listings can easily be promoted by visiting your Dashboard and clicking on the ‘Promote’ icon for any Listing you would like to Promote.
What is the Standard Promotion?
Listings under this promotional level:
- Appear on our Home page as a Featured Listing.
- Remain as a Featured Listing until other Listings with a higher priority level and rating push them out.
- Appear higher in search results than non-promoted Listings, but lower than Level 2 promoted Listings.
What is the Premium Promotion?
Listings under this promotional level:
- Appear on our Home page as a Featured Listing.
- Remain as a Featured Listing until other Listings with a higher priority level and rating push them out.
- Appear higher in search results than Level 2 promoted Listings, but lower than Level 3 promoted Listings.
What is the Elite Promotion?
Listings under this promotional level:
- Appear on our Home page as a Featured Listing.
- Remain as a Featured Listing until other Listings with a higher rating push them out.
- Appear higher in search results than all other promotional levels.
