Lemon is another popular and extremely effective anti-acne food. Most people who try to deal with acne through food often turn to it first, because of its accessibility.
The juice of a lemon is a natural astringent and works to tighten the skin and fade away blemishes. The benefits of the fruit are further enhanced when the peel is included. Whether you use it as a salad dressing or add it to your water, lemon juice can work some magic on your skin.
