Elderflower Esthetics is a small, independent skin care studio with a holistic and natural focus. We offer customized treatments thoughtfully curated to meet each of our client’s unique skin care goals.

I'm the Emily Ryan MacGregor, the Owner/licensed Esthetician.
Having grown up in the mountains of Vermont, I spent the majority of my 21 year esthetic career building a thriving practice, enriched by a loyal and valued client base in Durham, NC before feeling the call to return home.

I made my way back to Vermont with my family in the height of the pandemic and found grounding in deep reflection of nature and hours of studying traditional herbalist skincare practices. My goal with Elderflower Esthetics is to merge my knowledge of skincare with my passion for the holistic approach and my strong belief in sustainability and ecological responsibility.

I strive to build lasting relationships with my clients, achieving long term skin health goals by creating thoughtful, personalized treatment regimens. My hope is that you leave the studio with a calm mind, a greater understanding of your skin along with a feeling of empowerment to meet its needs , and a renewed sense of self-love.
